ABOUT ME
_edited.jpg)
Born in Indonesia, with time spent growing up in Singapore and Australia, I’m now based in Berlin and calling it home for now. My background is rooted in operations and later complemented by formal training in data analytics. Much of my experience has come from working closely with teams and real-world decisions that had to work under pressure.

My career began in fashion retail operations at COS (H&M Group) and later Dolce & Gabbana. Over more than a decade, I was involved in international store expansion and operational challenges across Hong Kong, Seoul, Munich, Milan, and Singapore. These environments were demanding and fast-moving, but they taught me a lot about how people collaborate, how decisions are made under stress, and how important clarity and trust are when things get complex.

Over time, I found myself drawn more and more to data — not because of the tools themselves, but because data helped bring structure and calm to conversations and decisions. In 2023, that interest led me into Business Intelligence consulting at bdg | better decisions group, where I worked on Corporate Performance Management (CPM) projects for clients such as Zalando, REWE, Siemens Energy, and organizations in the energy and utilities sector. A large part of the work involved translating numbers into insights that people could actually use day to day.

Since early 2025, I’ve been working independently, supporting business development for PT. Harapan Kurnia Textile Indonesia as part of a temporary family obligation. The focus has been on EU market expansion, sustainability and compliance topics, and aligning long-standing textile craftsmanship with current B2B expectations. This phase has been intentional and time-bound, shaped by responsibility rather than long-term career direction.

To continue learning and broaden my perspective, I’m taking part in a professional upskilling program in AI Business Consulting at IU Academy from December 2025. The focus is less on technology itself and more on understanding where AI adds real value and how it fits into organizations and everyday decision-making.
I tend to feel most at ease where data, operations, and people meet — when strategy turns into something tangible and decisions are made with context and care. Empathy, curiosity, and clear communication usually guide how I work, and I’ve learned that progress often comes faster when there’s room for trust and a bit of enjoyment along the way.

Outside of work, I spend time training in CrossFit and traveling. Having explored 40+ countries so far helps keep perspective — both professionally and personally.
