ABOUT ME

IMG-24 (1)_edited.jpg

A young-at-heart data analyst, born in Indonesia and based in Europe, with an interest in making complex things easier to understand. The work brings together empathy, humor, and logic with an analytical mindset, grounded in a solid understanding of operations, finance, and how decisions are made in real business settings.

The professional journey began in fashion retail operations at COS (H&M Group) and Dolce & Gabbana, with more than a decade spent working on international store expansion and operational challenges across Hong Kong, Seoul, Munich, Milan, and Singapore. Those years offered early lessons in working with diverse teams, navigating pressure, and finding clarity in complex environments — gradually leading to a deeper interest in data and analytics.

In 2023, a move into Business Intelligence consulting followed at bdg | better decisions group, contributing to Corporate Performance Management (CPM) projects for clients including Zalando, REWE, Siemens Energy, and organizations in the energy and utilities sector. The focus was on reporting and analytics, working hands-on with SQL, Python, Tableau, Jedox, and multidimensional databases to turn raw data into insights that could be used in everyday decision-making.

Since early 2025, work has been independent, supporting business development initiatives for PT. Harapan Kurnia Textile Indonesia, part of a family-owned textile group. The current focus is on EU market expansion, sustainability standards, regulatory requirements, and aligning traditional textile craftsmanship with contemporary B2B expectations.

To continue learning and sharpening perspective, a professional upskilling program in AI Business Consulting at IU Academy begins in December 2025. The emphasis is on business-centric AI use case evaluation and applied machine learning fundamentals, approached with curiosity, pragmatism, and consideration for people and organizations affected by these technologies.

Comfort tends to be found at the intersection of data and operations, where strategy meets execution and context matters as much as numbers. Curiosity, empathy, and clear communication usually guide how work gets done — and projects tend to move better when there’s room for collaboration and a bit of enjoyment along the way.

Outside of work, time is often split between CrossFit boxes and airports. Training, travel, and having explored 40+ countries so far help keep perspective — whether that means doing burpees, throwing wall balls, or simply learning how different places approach work and life.
